The Coffee Pot is located at the entrance of an attractive village of 1600 inhabitants and is a traditional one-bar servery, full of characteristic features with low ceilings, stone floor, exposed wooden beams and lovely brickwork. This is a real community village pub that appeals to the whole village and attracts destination traffic from neighbouring villages for food and drinks. The internal trading area is split into separate drinking and dining spaces, which can currently accommodate 50 covers in total, however, this could be rearranged to support a larger food offer. The commercial kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs has been converted into three double en-suite letting rooms and managers' accommodation. There are also two extra double rooms on the mezzanine floor, with an adjoining balcony. Reasons to visit will include a traditional pub food offer, occasional live music events, pub teams and community-centred events including quizzes and pub teams. To the front of the property is a small trading area with space for around six picnic benches, whilst to the rear of the pub is a good-sized, well-maintained beer garden with a space for a further 15 picnic benches.
