The New Inns is a charming traditional pub located in the desirable village of Cheslyn Hay. The trade area consists of two rooms – a raised room at the back of the property and a lower bar area at the front.  Traditional values will see the successful applicant derive success from this site, from maximising the team and sports elements to maintaining a great reputation for live music. The L-shaped bar services the entire lounge and hosts three cask ale pumps as well as leading brands; there is plenty of back bar space for wines, spirits, snacks and merchandising. One end of the room is set up to keep customers entertained and has a pool table with overhead lighting, a TV which is popular with sports fans and a jukebox with a wall-mounted speaker. A large window brings in lots of natural light whilst the laminate flooring and beamed ceiling add some character.  A dart board is tucked away at one end of the room along with a few more TVs. In the past, live music and entertainment have proved popular. A good-sized  kitchen is currently unused and provides the potential for the new publican to complete the retail offer with a simple pub menu.
