The fabulous Otter Inn is nestled in the picturesque village of Colaton Raleigh. This big, bold, food led business is looking for its' next amazing Chef Patron to take the helm.

At its' heart, this is a village pub providing the local community with a hub, not only for food and drink, but somewhere for them to gather to celebrate, commiserate and everything in between. It's what a proper pub should be! The main public bar has been refurbished this year to create a warm and inviting area where you can relax with a refreshing pint and catch up with your nearest and dearest.

As you walk on through the pub, it opens out onto a large restaurant area; it has another entrance just off the waitress station greeting point and it's own small bar area set up to serve copious coffees to the dining guests. Beyond this room there is the skittle alley that can double as a function room as weel as an overflow for the peak trading sessions.

To the front of the pub is a large lawned garden with a childrens play area. Perfect for keeping the young ones amused whilst the mums and dads get chance to relax. There is also a large car park and space to attract visitors with motorhomes.

Due to it's location, it is unsurprising that there is a significant seasonal bias to the trade. The local area is littered with guest houses, hotels, B&Bs and campsites accommadating all those staycationers who want to soak up their own little bit of Devonish heaven.
