A large pub with a nicely-presented bar overlooking the docks and Falmouth Bay. The main bar has a traditional feel and was recently refurbished. The rear bar area hosts a pool table and looks out onto the rear garden area. There is a grassed garden area with tables for drinking. The Mariners is traditional and sophisticated throughout with a main bar area, it is complete with modern upholstered bar stools and wooden tables and chairs. The trade kitchen is well equipped and includes great facilities such as stainless steel tables and appliances, a store room, and a pot wash area. There is a second bar located downstairs which has been used as a meeting room in the past, with seating for up to 20 people. The pub also features an impressive 10 en-suite letting rooms available upstairs, adding an extra revenue stream.

A large patio area to the front of the pub looks out over the scenic views of the harbour and marina complex. There are several tables and chairs for customer use. There is a lawned beer garden to the rear of the building that can be easily accessed via the main bar offering customers a relaxing spot away from the bustle of Falmouth.
