The Hamstead Pub in Birmingham is a welcoming, traditional British pub with a strong community vibe. Located on Green Lane, it’s a popular spot for both locals and visitors, offering a relaxed atmosphere perfect for casual drinks and meals.

Internally you will find a large 'U Shaped' bar serving around 60 covers in the Dining area and an additional 30 covers in the bar area. The Hamstead operates a large amount of activities through the week with everything from board games nights to disco afternoons and music quizes. 

Externally there is a covered area for circa 40 covers equppied with a large screen for sports viewing alongside a further 40 benches around the site.

The onsite trade kitchen is well equipped to serve the site and a large currently unused function room upstairs provides huge opportunity for expanding the food trade.
