The Olde Cross Keys is one of Swansea oldest pubs, just off Wind Street.&nbsp;The beer garden is the biggest in Swansea and has all the equipment to create an unforgettable atmosphere. With garden screens, booth seating, and festoon lighting the garden offers an additional space for sports and gatherings.

The Olde Cross Keys doesn&rsquo;t just stop with an incredible garden, it also has a huge function room that is perfect for events and corporate meetings throughout the year. Benefitting from an already established live music scene the site creates one of the best atmospheres the city has to offer on a night out. Being an old hospital, the site has kept its original windows and low beams in the snug area. This high-volume site really does have to be seen to be believed.&nbsp;

Stonegate Pub Partners are now seeking an experienced publican to continue the growth of this fantastic pub business.

The Swan is an imposing pub on the main road through Winterbourne and just ten mins from Bristol which acts as the hub of the village and is very popular amongst the locals who visit for the great beer and cider. The pub is known for its quirky cow-boy themed bar and its fantastic smokehouse food offer. The pub is split into two trading areas; the dining room seats 25 covers and has easy access to the trade kitchen. The main bar is on two levels with seating and standing for over 35 guests. Each area comprises its own toilets and access directly through to the beer garden and smoking shelter. The d&eacute;cor throughout is traditional and stylish, boasting old ceiling beams and exposed brick wall interior. Externally, there is a spacious beer garden with ample seating, a BBQ and great under cover seating area. The outside area proves popular within the warm summer months. There is a car park to the rear of the pub, with spaces for up to 20 vehicles.&nbsp;
